Denim Scarf Printing Workshop

1. The registration for the event is available on a first-come-first-served basis, irrespective of the number of entries.
2. Workshop information can be found on the event website. Online enrollment with Visa/Master/China UnionPay/AE payment is accepted.
3. For families with children under the age of 13, it is mandatory for the child to be accompanied by either parent or caregiver to attend the workshop. Both the child and the accompanying parent/caregiver will occupy one spot in the workshop and complete one piece of product.
4. Once the registration is made, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you want to cancel or fail to attend the workshop for any reason, the workshop host will not offer make-up session, refund nor any other arrangement. Related fee and vacancy cannot be transferred to another person.
5. In the event of workshop cancellation or if the number of participants does not meet the minimum requirement for the class (3 persons), the workshop host will facilitate the refund of paid workshop fees through either a cheque or transfer.
6. When Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning / “Extreme Conditions” Announcement is issued 3 hours before the commencement of the workshop, the workshop will be cancelled. If the warning signal is lowered or removed 3 hours before the commencement of workshop, the workshop will not be affected, and can be attended as scheduled.
7. The workshop host reserves the right to change the workshop time, location, and tutor. All workshop details are subject to the latest updates provided by the workshop host and are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any objection, the workshop host has the final decision.
8. During the workshop, only the registered participant is allowed to enter the premises. Any attempts to hinder the smooth conduct of the workshop are strictly prohibited. The staff reserves the right to refuse participation to individuals who are not the registered participant or who disrupt the workshop proceedings.
9. All photos and videos taken during the workshop will be used for publicity or promotion. Photo and video copyrights will be owned by this workshop host. If you do not wish to be photographed at the event or use the information for other purposes, please inform the event staff and the staff will make the corresponding arrangement.
10. Since the workshop content (including but not limited to text, images, links, etc.) and workshop resources are provided by the course partners or tutors, the workshop host shall not be held responsible for any matters related to the workshop content and resources.
11. All workshops are conducted in Cantonese unless otherwise stated.
12. Participants are responsible for their behavior and safety at all times. They shall follow with the directions and instructions of the tutor and comply the Site Rules and Regulations.
13. The workshop host shall not be held liable for any losses or errors incurred as a result of submission delays or the loss of information during transmission, which may arise due to technical issues including, but not limited to, computer or internet network problems.
14. Workshop host reserves the right to amend this Regulation at any time without notice.
15. By clicking the “Submit” button, you have read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Service and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

All personal data collected would be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and for internal use only.

In case of a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
