期間限定互動時裝展覽

期間限定互動時裝展覽旨在加強推廣本地牛仔布設計業中年輕人才的創意。7位入選國際牛仔布設計交流項目和展覽的設計師將在深水埗openground 1樓展出其作品,合共12套衣服。展覽設有多個QR CODE,供觀賞者觀看作品或設計師的相關視頻,透過了解箇中設計概念、背景或使用材料等資訊,深入認識展品。

Caroline de Fontaine- Stratton

Caroline de Fontaine- Stratton十多年來參與了不少歐洲和美國的大型電影節和獲獎紀錄片的製作工作,並於美國紐約時裝技術學院修畢紡織品開發和市場營銷學位。Caroline重點研究時裝的可持續性,以及如何為新舊系統找尋適合的運用方法,讓技術得以傳承。受到家族中的幾代女性的啟發,Caroline和她們一樣都以紡織業作專業為樂。

Corporate dress codes have changed and evolved alongside/with changes in society. As we retreated to our homes for safety, much of our formal dress wear was replaced by more casual wear with no need for dry cleaning. Classic silhouettes in Advanced Denim's innovative denim provide professionalism, easy care, smooth transition between work from home, the office and after work. Classic cuts, modern tailoring, modern fabrics. No need to reinvent the wheel- adapt it and improve.

Lam Kin Yan

在香港設計學院修畢針織服裝設計學位後,Lam Kin Yan繼續到諾丁漢特倫特大學進修時裝設計學士榮譽學位,其後於倫敦時裝學院完成男士服裝設計技術碩士學位。他專注於天然染料和其他研究,期望提升時裝的可持續性。在鄉村長大的Kinyan一直著迷於大自然。他將大自然,文化和歷史給予他的靈感,揉合自己的美學理念,創造出能代表個人及其世界觀的作品。

"When I was a child, my greatest fears were caterpillar, snake and ghost. Then I got older, I became afraid of losing my friends." As an adult, what scares he the most now is that he don’t have enough time to complete his tasks at hand. While the thought of losing his friends and being alone no longer frightens him, he is still terrified by the image of a caterpillar. he still don’t have what it takes to finish a horror movie himself, and he still race against time to complete different jobs every day. he realise that my darkest, deepest fear is the concept of losing something, be it his life or his identity.

Suzanne Boymans

今年21歲的Suzanne Boymans,與父母住在荷蘭哈勒姆附近。她在一年前在牛仔學校畢業。她非常享受在學時光,其間獲得許多關於牛仔布的知識,可應用在以後的事業。學校還提供了很多機會,例如各種比賽,讓Suzanne得以與Edwin Denim設計牛仔褲,並獲得投產和出現在Edwin Denim的商店中。Suzanne還獲得了參與前進牛仔比賽的機會,以此作為考試,為前進牛仔設計整個系列,以及在香港的King Pins表演賽上展示。 現在Suzanne正於Meesteropleiding coupeur修讀一年級,該校課程與牛仔學校截然不同,她感到非常驚喜及興奮。

Piatty Mulder

今年24歲的Piatty Mulder於2019年7月修畢阿姆斯特丹牛仔學校的國際課程;其後於荷蘭埃因霍溫繼續修讀商業經濟學。如無意外,Piatty將在2021年夏季獲得時裝設計及開發和市場銷售學位。Piatty的夢想是投身時裝界,並提高大眾對可持續性時裝的認識。

The title of her concept is ‘Dialectics. Conflict of opposites’. The meaning of dialectics, also known as dialectic method, is spoken or written communication between people holding opposite points of views but try to find the truth through reasoned arguments. With her collection she want to show the conflict of opposites of social matters. Show a reflection of this world where most of the people are trying their best to do best but in reality, there is still racism in almost every country, people dying of hunger and we still have to see how crazy people fulfill the most powerful political positions in this world. In her designs she will translate these issues and combine them in order to challenge traditional perceptions. Use fashion to make a statement and to challenge people’s minds. Instead of reflecting the world in a romanticized way she want to show the truth. She think that the target audience of Diesel is also interested in that and is confident enough to show that with pride.

Tsai Siu Ki Katrina

Katrina Tsai現為香港高等教育科技學院四年制服裝設計的學生。投身時裝界一直是她的夢想。Katrina對製衣尤其是針織業有著極大的熱情,其設計和想法深受學校所教授的編織技術啟發。由布料和圖案設計出發,學校為Katrina提供了各種各樣的可能性。 在她心中,理想世界只有快樂,沒有傷痛和憤怒。因此,她的設計總是色彩繽紛。 參加牛仔節的經驗,徹底拓寬了Katrina對牛仔布詮釋手法的視角。她希望結合編織技術,更進一步為觀眾帶來視覺衝擊。

Every party is filled with love, endless joy, and mysterious power in the forest. They embarked on this long journey of exploration and eventually grew to various degrees. Each member has completed the purpose of their trip, and their hard work is what we pursue all of our lives. They like the social life and enjoy the parties. In life, they share the happiness of this land. We enjoy freedom. Lolita is one of the most famous Harajuku styles in Japan. Harajuku became increasingly popular as a meeting place for young people wearing Lolita and other alternative fashions.

MACY MAK (MAK MEI SZE)

Macy Mak是香港設計學院和2020年阿姆斯特丹時裝學院工作室的時裝設計學生。Macy熱衷於運用手工藝或手工技巧為時裝業帶來新鮮感。 時裝設計是一項藝術實驗,旨在將美學、潮流和個人風格融匯在每個人身上。這不僅是設計必需的步驟,更是一個地方或設計師背後的故事,以及創造打破常規設計的必經之路。在作品中探索和設計出能解決問題並為生活帶來便捷,也是設計師的任務。Macy很榮幸能成為你的說書人。

As time progresses, old architectures retreated with no soul. People are shuttling amount the novel architectures with an indifferent face. The theme is based on an eminent Hong Kong film from Wong Kar Wai----Chungking Express. On the Golden mile of Hong Kong’s tourist district, a mysterious, dilapidated mansion was sited— Chungking Mansions. It looks remarkable when compared with the modern city. Entrepreneurs and temporary workers from across the globe come to seek their fortunes. Camouflage the way that color or shape of an animal or plaint appears to mix with its natural environment to prevent it from being seen and attacked. Chungking Mansions is the camouflage for protecting and accommodating all the history, culture, and story. All the novel and marvellous stuff are behind the unassuming interior decoration and hectic atmosphere. When we concentrate on social development, some cultures, traditions may be ignored or substituted. On the other side, it also reflects the relationship between the old and new generations. Which all about time. We all struggling in this Morden world. In this project, the contrasting sense from the transition of generation and culture will be emphasized by strong fabric characteristics.

Ke Jialong柯佳龙

23歲的Ke Jialong,來自中國江西,是浙江理工大學時裝設計的研究生。他喜歡探索新事物,也愛好老舊的東西。他的風格是在時尚之餘加入復古文化,他的興趣也非常廣泛

No signal is the tearing and distorted pattern on the screen after losing the signal from the TV and other electronic products. This tearing is a pull between the TV and the signal, and it also symbolizes the tearing between the individual and the mainstream of society. No signal is to make people think that when you lose contact with the mainstream aesthetic value trend of society, you become no signal. Who will you be?

BOROnote

企劃旨在講述有關日本的歷史、風格、鄉村文化和手工藝。特別是日本傳統拼布工藝“ BORO”,復古工作服「 NORAGI」、「 HANTEN」,以及靛藍染色技術。 這企劃從2014年9月以來在instagram上揚名國際。 亦曾與各個品牌合作。

NORA-ADD

品牌名稱中,我們率性地使用了「NORA」,並加上「ADD」。 為了讓大家感受VINTAGE的獨特氛圍,我們朝著這個方向,設計了各樣配飾、包包和服飾。 布料選擇方面,我們使用了日本的襤褸(BORO)、裂織(SAKIORI),以及酒袋(SAKABUKURO)。 在過去,這些布料應用於軍事及企業等用途,經年累月,醖釀出VINTAGE獨特的氛圍。 我們因應各種產品和場地,精心挑選日本國內國外的布料,並發揮創意,運用不同的布料,重組製作成新的產品。 希望我們的產品,能讓各位體驗帶有歲月痕跡的VINTAGE氛圍。
